One developer, so answers take a day or two.
Write to downcore.game@gmail.com with your device model and iOS version. If it is about a purchase, include the date. Bug reports are genuinely welcome, especially with a screenshot.
Open the game, go to Settings and tap Restore purchases. This works on any device signed in to the same Apple Account, and it does not charge you again.
If it still does not come back, check that you are signed in to the Apple Account you bought it with. Purchases cannot move between Apple Accounts, which is Apple's rule and not something we can override. If you bought it on this account and it will not restore, email us with the purchase date and we will look into it.
Downcore stores your progress only on your device. There is no account and no cloud sync, which is why the game asks nothing of you when you install it. The trade-off is that progress moves only through an iPhone backup.
The reward is granted only when the ad network reports that the ad finished. Closing it early, losing connection halfway, or an ad that fails to load will not pay out. Try again with a stable connection.
The button disappears once you have used your three for the day. The day rolls over at midnight UTC, not at your local midnight, so it can reset at an odd hour depending on where you live.
The daily run gives one scoring attempt per day, and the attempt is spent when you start it, not when you die. That is deliberate: otherwise, quitting a bad run and restarting would make the leaderboard meaningless. The day rolls over at midnight UTC.
Supporters can replay the day's seed for practice, but only that first attempt scores.
Both come from Apple's Game Center. Check that you are signed in under iOS Settings → Game Center, and that the game has a connection when a run ends. Scores submitted while offline are not queued.
If you think a score on a leaderboard is fake, email us. We can report it to Apple for removal, though the decision is theirs.
Deleting the app removes everything: progress, settings and the local run telemetry. There is nothing on a server of ours to delete, because there is no account. The full picture is in the privacy policy, and section 10 covers how to reach the data our providers hold.
Refunds go through Apple, not us. Use reportaproblem.apple.com. We are happy to help you make the case, but we cannot issue the refund ourselves.
downcore.game@gmail.com. Tell us what happened, what you expected, and your device and iOS version. That is usually enough to find it.
